The price of shipping will depend on your location. For UK orders we offer Royal Mail 48 Tracked for £3.99 and Royal Mail 24 Tracked for £4.99 on orders under £30. For European orders, we offer tacked postage via the DHL network for £9.99 with tracked orders available to the rest of the world for £14.99.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free UK delivery with Royal Mail 48 Tracked for orders over £30, with free international delivery on all orders over £100.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and chosen shipping. In the UK we offer next-day delivery options, with tracked delivery options available for our international customers with delivery aims between 3-5 working days.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes, we ship throughout the UK via Royal Mail 48 as standard with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 with next-day delivery aims.
Do you ship internationally?

Do I need to pay customs import duty or VAT?
We are an EU IOSS member which means we ship directly to your door and take care of the VAT for orders under €150 if you are based within the EU, which means no customs delays or VAT to pay on delivery. Please note, if you live outside of the EU, or your order is over €150 then you may be charged import duty/VAT.
Do I need to show ID when receiving my order?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed confirmation along with any tracking details if you have selected a tracked service, if not you will receive a postal reference number to confirm your order has been dispatched.
