We recommend taking anywhere between 1-3 nicotine pearls, we do not advise taking more than 3 pearls in one sitting. If you are a heavy smoker that smokes 20 cigarettes or more a day then you may be best starting with 2-3 pearls in one go, however, if you are an average smoker who consumes 20 cigarettes a day or less then we advise starting out with 1 pearl at a time.
We recommended starting out with a lower dose and working from this as a base point, you can always add another pearl later if you feel that they did not take the edge of your nicotine cravings.
